Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time the fee is 65% of your service. Last minute/same day cancellations & no call/no shows are charged 100% of your service fee. If the fees aren’t paid you will be blocked from booking in the future. Everyone is given a 10 minute grace period to be late, after that a $10 late charge will be given. Anything after 10 minutes may result in your appointment being cancelled and a late fee subject to up to 65% of the service being charged. Always use the cancellation link that was provided to you when you booked your appointments even if you have reached out to me about.
